My WDW 18 hour trip!

My DH and DS and I left on Tuesday Oct. 17 at 2:15pm and arrived at 5:50pm at POP Century! NO wait at check in, and I got to see the "Hustle." First time I have seen that in the 3 years I have been staying there. Off to the room, in the 70's building 0129 and it was a nice location. I had forgotten how close the food court and bus stop was to this building. The "BUS GODS" were on my side, as my DH and DS ran to catch up to me, and the bus arrived 4 min after we got there! On to EPCOT, where we wanted to se Little Richard perform, and I knew we had to really walk fast to catch the Boat across to Morocco! And the BOAT GODS were on my side, as we caught the last boat! We even had time to catch the very last of Little Richards 7:15pm show. The next and last show was at 8:15, and we managed to see the whole thing, his band was great!

Wish I was that close, it takes us 18 hours to drive !!! Hopefulle soon we will have another mommy and daddy weekend !!

It must be nice to live close enough that you can drive there for a quick trip. Sound like you had a great time. I guess I shouldn't complain about where I live. I can drive to Disneyland in 6.5 hours, be at the beach in 30 minutes or be at a ski resort in 4 hours!

I would have loved to fly in, like I did last year, for about 24 hours, remember Christine? It would have been quicker.
