My video was made in 2000! :(

Well, I watched the video I received this week and turns out it was made in 2000 and has, now out-dated info on it. Still, it does have some different scenes than my other videos. But I want the 100th Birthday Celebration one! Is it just luck when you order a video that they send you the one you want?

I got the 2000 one too - disappointed. I gave the tape to my sister who has never been before so she was excited anyway. Is there a 100th birthday tape?

Yes, there is a 100th Birthday video.

We also got the 2000 video, the one with crayon drawings on the cover. The video was also missing the enclosed pamphlet that is supposed to be there.

I have no idea who sent it to me, as I ordered videos from Disney.ca, Disney.com, the 407 # and a 1-800#. This is the only video I received. The right one will probably be in the mail when we return from WDW!

I had given up hope and Friday there it was!

I was hoping for the 100 years of magic video, but this one sure got us in the mood to go!!

We also received the old video. No information with it at all. It didn't even have any protective covering. Just the video with the cardboard cover (with crayon drawing on it) encased in flimsy plastic (which was ripped) with our name slapped on it. The one I got for the millennium celebration came in a hard cardboard box with loads of information about the celebration, resorts, etc. I expected the same for the 100th. It would have been nice to see what is happening for the 100th. Still planning to go in August 2002.

Same deal here--crayon drawings on box, no info enclosed. Do they send these out when they run out of the current ones or what?

We have decided to drive down after Christmas Day (staying at ASMu) and I really would have liked to see the 100th Birthday video.

We must be lucky We received the 100 Years of Magic video yesterday. Our video arrived 3 days after TimNDansMom's did. I also ordered from Disney.ca about 4 weeks ago. Could it be the result of a shipping issue? Possibly, the videos had the mailing labels applied to them at the time they were ordered but then sat in a warehouse waiting for a mail drop. I guess the only thing you can do is order the video again.

TimNDansMom, if you wish, I can make a copy of the video for you so you can see it before you go.

We recieved our new tape yesterday and it was they 100th anniversary video so yes they are coming it just took a bit

We also got the old video with no information. Not only that, there was no picture on our video. The soundtrack is there with a black screen! LOL! Maybe I'll try ordering again.

LOL, NancyK! Yes, I'd definitely complain about that!

I emailed Disneyworld.com again and told them that I was disappointed that I hadn't received my 100th Birthday video yet and they emailed me back that it was due to a "processing issue", would send one out and I should receive it in 3-4 weeks. The "old one" that I did receive was probably from the 1-800 number that was on the TV. It had a Canadian post office sticker on it.

I got both.The first one was from the 1-800# then I received the 100th one yesterday in the mail.Right on the box it says disney.ca.I was so surprised when I the kids brought me the mail.Gonna put it in when the kids go to bed.
