I just wanted to share my new clippie with you all. I have been doing WW for one week and I lost 6 pounds. I even had my DH check the scale. Now, I know that 6 pounds in one week is a little much, I'm not sure why that happened but I will not complain. I have just been trying really hard to follow the program carefully and I have not allowed myself to use more than 3 flex points.
I am going to try not to use any more than 5 flex points a week until I lose at least 10. I have a major craving for pizza and not just any pizza - Charlie's Pizza - it's my favorite place to eat, the pizza is cheesy and greasy and very, very naughty. I will maybe use my flex points on a slice or two of that as a reward when I lose 10. I just hope it doesn't mess me up. I kind of feel like that would be falling off the wagon if you know what I mean. I've got to get that off my mind -I need to be strong - I don't want to have to delete my new clippie!
