I try to get Dh's openion and he doesn't really say much, Mom has said "it' your trip we're along for the ride". So I am turning to you. I want some one to look over it for me.

Traveling will be me, DH, DSs 4,7, & 9, mom and Dad. We will be there 8 nights and are on the Basic DDP (1-1-1) and are not hopping. So if you offer a change/option please keep that in mind and we don't really want to go to other resorts this trip. It's the first in forever so we are trying to stay at the parks.

the old resi's in() and new in purple

Our flight arrive around 9 am on our frist day.
Day 1 Sunday, Epcot- Coral Reef 5:20

Day 2, Mon Chef Mickey Breakfast 7:25 AM (yes I know it's early but it was all they have and the only that will fit 7. We are breaking up so many times into 2 tables that I really want us all at one table for this. I am trying to call every so often and see if something opens up a little later in the am, like 8)

Day 3 Tues - Animal Kingdom, (Dinner at DTD, Planet Hollywood 7:15) late brunch w/ Donald at Tusker House 10:15 will we still have plenty of food and character interatction?

Day 4 Wed- DHS, Lunch -Sci Fi 11:30

Day 5 Thur- Epcot -Lunch- Le Cellier, 11:30

Day 6 Fri- DHS-(Lunch - Mama Melrose 1:35) CS only

Day 7 Sat. MK - Late lunch, Plaza Rest. 2:00
Dinner at Crystal Palace

What do you think. Any suggestions would be great.

Sounds like a great trip and your boys will love WDW. I was wondering why you are doing so many lunches? We are on the basic DDP and we usually eat something light for breakfast either paying out of pocket or using a snack credit. We usually use our CS credits for lunch and our TS credits for dinner. If we use a TS credit for a character breakfast then we grab a snack for lunch and use the CS credit for dinner.

Happy Planning,

Loralie

good question I'll have to look over that. LOL some times it was b/c of the menu it's a little different b/n lunch and dinner and the lunch looked better, some for no reason (am going to look over them again) and the last at MK was b/c I wanted to get us back near the parade route that's at 3 that day (unless it changes)

We are on the DDP as well. Like the pp metioned, you have alot of lunches and cheap ones also. If Planet Hollywood 1 TS, I would skip it, its really not that good imo. Lunch at the Sci-Fi I would also skip, maybe do Prime Time or leave and go to a resort restaurant. We are doing a quick breakfast, counter service lunches, and TS dinners at places that would normally be expensive to eat.

My responses are in Pink.

Our flight arrive around 9 am on our frist day.
Day 1 Sunday, Epcot- Coral Reef 5:20 This is one of our favorites. I really think you will like this one.

Day 2, Mon Chef Mickey Breakfast 7:25 AM (yes I know it's early but it was all they have and the only that will fit 7. We are breaking up so many times into 2 tables that I really want us all at one table for this. Day 3 Tues - Animal Kingdom, Dinner at DTD, Planet Hollywood 7:15 I've never eaten here

Day 4 Wed- DHS, Lunch -Sci Fi 11:30 Should be fun, but I doubt you will ge tthe cars because of your party size

Day 5 Thur- Epcot -Lunch- Le Cellier, 11:30 (or should we do garden grill?) Garden Grill no longer has lunch. This is an awesome lunch choice, IMO.

Day 6 Fri- DHS-Lunch - Mama Melrose 1:35 (not sold on this yet but couldn't decide) This was one of our favorite lunches while we were there in October. Another choice would be the Captain's Grille over at the Yacht/Beach Club

Day 7 Sat. MK - Late lunch, Plaza Rest. 2:00 No Crystal Palace? Liberty Tree Tavern is also a favorite of ours here.

What do you think. Any suggestions would be great.

ITA w/ the PP who suggested that, if you're on the DDP, maybe take the chance to maximize your dining? We did that in the fall w/ free dining.
Just a thought. I will throw in a couple of ideas only b/c you've asked!

Day 1 Epcot- Coral Reef 5:20 Teppan Edo looks great!
sorry, we didn't like Coral Reef that much

Day 2, Mon Chef Mickey Breakfast 7:25 AM FUN!!

Day 3 Tues - Animal Kingdom, Dinner at DTD, Planet Hollywood 7:15
Would an AK breakfast at Tusker House be fun?
If so, I would do dinner @ DTD's Earl of Sandwich as CS, it is SO good!

Day 4 Wed- DHS, Lunch -Sci Fi 11:30 we are doing this too!

Day 5 Thur- Epcot -Lunch- Le Cellier, 11:30 (or should we do garden grill?)
we love Garden Grill as a character dinner, but you know your party best

Day 6 Fri- DHS-Lunch - Mama Melrose 1:35 (not sold on this yet but couldn't decide) I like Mama Melrose's!

Day 7 Sat. MK - Late lunch, Plaza Rest. 2:00
I want to try the Plaza but will do it OOP.
What about Crystal Palace? Wonderful setting, character interaction & something for everyone food wise

Have FUN!!!

Thanks, this is exactly why I asked you gals/guys for help.

As for Sci fi we are at 2 table so maybe one of us will get the cars not sure.

Maybe we will try something at AK for dinner instead of PH. Nothing was sticking out and we were considering DTD after we left that park.

I will look into some of the dinner meals for our one TS credit. I am stingy and didn't want to go any where that would take 2 TS credits b/c we only have one per night.

all those restaurants serve good food. So with good food, and gret family how could you have a bad trip.

I would recommend going to the Boma after Animal Kingdom (at AKL) instead of Planet Hollywood, then go to DTD. We like the Prime Time better than the Sci Fi and I would skip the Plaza Restaraunt and go for the Crystal Palace or the Liberty Tree Tavern. You can get a much nicer meal from one of these places and more bang for your buck on the dining plan. The others sound great.

Thanks for the ideas. Got DH to look at some w/ me and got his openion also.
I update it and feel better about what I have now. There were several on there at first that I wasn't sold on.
