My tenacity paid off

I have been calling every day for the last 10 days or so for an II trade. DH is turning 50 this summer and we wanted to go somewhere nice besides Disney. To complicate things a little, I also wanted to be able to use JetBlue miles to keep expenses lower. This proved to be a little difficult to coordinate. I actually booked a Cabo resort initially (by luck) and then realized JB doesn't fly there. Anyway, after calling again today I was able to get the Renaissance in Aruba. So for 144 pts. and one round trip airfare (about $400), we will stay in a 1br. at what appears to be a very nice resort with a private island. Yeah, me!

So happy for you! Can you please explain how to go about doing a II exchange. I assume you're using DVC points. We have 3 kids getting married within 9 months and want to do a getaway after the second wedding but don't want to spend a lot since we have all these other expenses. Thanks for your help.
