My Target's Christmas clearance is 90% off

The Christmas clearance at my Target store went 90% off today. It was not signed but scanned at 90% off. The food items were 70% off.

Yes same here! I got 4 rolls of wrapping paper for $1.10. It was a ZOO though!

I hit two Targets today, one was picked over so I only got 2 small things. The other was a mess, but had more stuff, so I got lots more there - mostly gift bags (2 in a pack for only 10 cents), gift tags and a few small things like those little pails they have in the DollarSpot (I use them to package gifts of homemade candies).

I'm glad I went ahead and bought some paper at 70% off because I started running low this year on that and all I found today was 1 roll.

All in all, I spent less this year at the clearance than I have in past years, but part of that was because I just have so darn much at this point that I really can't justify buying many things!

Thanks for the post - we had a mess b/c some items rang up full price and some 90% and no rhyme or reason, so you had to check everything...
I did get a plain red plastic tablecloth ($.90), plain red napkins ($.30), red decorating icing ($.59), polka dotted paper straws ($.40), paper clips ($.30), and alphabet craft stickers ($.10) for the Valentine's party I'm running next month. I also grabbed 8 "movie theater" candy boxes (M&Ms and Skittles) for $.30/box - love this size b/c one box fits easily in my bag and that's a blessing if we are ever stuck somewhere and we have kid blood sugar meltdowns. And I got a box of gum per kid ($.30/each) to throw in their Easter baskets and a few $.30 single serve Jelly Belly candy boxes for my spouse to take as work snacks...I think I spent about $10 total on the Xmas stuff (since I also was there for TruMoo milk and whipped cream)...

Our Target was a zoo today but our Christmas stuff was completely picked over anyways. My husband was checking out and the cashier was the person answering the store phone. She had two calls less than 30 seconds apart about the discount percentage. Our store was only 50% or 70% though. I crushed the back to school 90% off in September though! I think I have composition books for the rest of my kids schooling...and they're 1 and 4.

Mine wasn't. It was still 50/70 last night but I scored 5 boxes of glass ornaments that I was happy paying 70 for. 90 would have been awesome but I won't have time to get back to that Target this week.

Unrelated but Target, their household deal going on right now is pretty good. $15 off $50. I used a coupon for everything and cartwheel on some and paid $30 for $55 worth of items we needed anyway.

Lucky! Here, you can't wait until stuff goes to 90% off. We got to Target the day after Christmas at 9 a.m. It was 50% off an a lot of stuff was already gone. It was a madhouse! I guess they even opened an hour earlier (7 a.m.) and people were lined up. People like their clearance!

We were still able to get the Sugar Paper wrapping paper for like $2.50/roll, and got about 5 of those. We got a projector, ribbon, small presents for next year, remote control outlet plug-ins, and other stuff. Earned a whole bunch of Cartwheel points. Love Target!
