Your comment about Bride Wars reminds me of the time Jill and I went to see Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. There were all women in there except for one guy. I don't know if he was a newlywed or just a good boyfriend, but I have a feeling he was one of the two. I think a guy who had been married for much time might have seen all the women and backed out on his wife that time!

MGM (Yes, I know that's not what it's called) ​

This morning we were headed to DHS, but I have a really hard time calling it that so I'm going to refer to it as MGM. While I was getting ready, DH headed down to The Mara (AKL's food court) and got us some breakfast. I had the chocolate croissant.

DH had a cinnamon roll. And the best part is they were both a snack credit. We were both very pleased with our choices. Delicious!!!

I took a few more pictures of the room before heading out.

Then we decided to head on out to MGM. It was an EMH and the park was opening at 8:00. We arrived at the park about 8:30 and headed straight to Toy Story Midway Mania. We rode this last summer and LOVED it. The line said 20 minutes. We grabbed a FastPass and got in line. YAY!!! We get to ride twice. If you haven't ridden this ride I highly recommend it. Make sure to get there early and ride it first. FastPasses go reall quickly for this ride.

DH was convinced he would win. Yeah right. My score is the blue one.

We got off and had a little bit of time to kill before it was time to use our FastPasses.

Since we had never been to One Man's Dream, we went there next. We both enjoyed looking around at all the history there, but I don't think our kids would have. Good thing we did it on this trip.

We made then made our way over to see the Muppets.

I loved this shirt!!!

We made a stop at the Animation Academy and learned to draw a character. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't really care for the one that was chosen......Bolt. It's not that I don't like him. I would have just rather drawn a classic character. Anyway, by now it was time to use our FastPass. Once I again, my score is the blue one.

Since MGM is our least favorite park, we decided to head out and make our way to Downtown Disney. Before we left, we stopped and got a churro. Once again another great use of a snack credit.

Thanks, I think he's pretty sweet. Bride Wars is really cute but it's definately a chick movie. It's much more fun to go with a good friend. I think I'm going to bracelet and it'll be my Valentine's Day present.

It took me forever to find the hidden mickey in my flowers lol. They hid it well. Mine was clear though so maybe that was why!!

You're home. I can't wait to hear all about your weekend. I bet it was wonderful. Our vase was just a glass vase, but I did take it home. I got quite a few looks walking through the airport with the flowers. The Mara was OK. We only got a snack for breakfast there adn drink refills. I was surprised by how small it was. We've done the Animation Academy before and we drew Stitch.....much more fun than Bolt. I'm not sure who our artist was. It was a lady, not very old. I'm heading over to your TR now. Can't wait to hear about NYC.

I agree about TSM. That is the best ride ever. I was surprised we were able to get a FastPass that was still for the morning. When we went to use it at 10:30, the return time for FastPasses was 7:00-8:00 that night.

OMG, the Peach Snap is soooo good. It does have Peach Schnapps in it, or at least I think it did. It didn't taste like it at all. It was just so tasty.

Planning what to use our snack credit for was one of my favorite things to do. I can't wait to tell you all about Wolfgang Puck Express. We had never been there. I'm so glad we went. We'll definately make at least one stop there on our next trip.
