and it won't stop....what do I do?

Wel there are two optionsl Drink a glass of water or have something to eat (sounds like your are hungry.) I would do the water first if you don't want to eat right now.

First I drank water...then finally I had some eggs about a hour ago and it is still growling....owza.....

Do you feel hungry? Could be the food settling. I know my stomach growls sometimes but it is from things I eat sometimes.

I noticed on your journal today that you'd only had 6 grams of carbs- maybe you need more carbs??? You can have up to 20 on induction. You can eat lots of stuff- cheese, cream cheese and ham, cream cheese and celery with some green olives- Did I mention CHEESE?!?!? If your tummy is growling and you are hungry, please eat- or you might be tempted to eat something your not supposed to! LEt us know how you're doing - ok?

The growling has subsided.....I'll make it....Thanks Karebear

On Atkins, when your stomach is growling... EAT.

You don't lose weight any faster by eating too little... that can even hamper weight loss, especially if your stomach is growling.

Eat until you're satisfied. No matter when you're hungry. Foods like proteins and fats will keep you satisfied the longest, and have the fewest carbs... keep some beef jerky or Slim Jims around for emergencies. Almonds or macadamias are a good little fill-me-up snack. Cream cheese in celery is good. Pepperoni chips and cheese are good.
