It's about $50 total cheaper now (2 passengers) with the new sale.

Why call? You can do it online. Look a the website and on the right side is the "change flight" button. Click enter your confirmation number and it will walk you though the process.

I didn't have the information I needed to log in.

I'm not sure if I looked at it wrong or if the flight increased while I was on hold, but now I don't need an adjustment.

Hmmm that sounds odd, you must be in the wrong place. All you should need to change is your confirmation number and the first and last name of the person who made the reservations. Its easy to get credit online. Our summer airfare just dropped by $51. per person too.
Just click on the change reservation (under the "AIR") tab . Enter the confirmation number and the first and last name. What you want to do is change the reservation flight to the exact same flight .......but its at a lower price so when its all done you will have a credit assigned to everyone who was on that flight.
The credit has to be used by the date that the ticket was originally purchased and it can only be used for airfare.

We have $204 dollars (so far) to go towards travel, but we have to use it by August . Looks like we might take a last minute trip to somewhere !
Just hoping it comes down some more for more credit towards the trip .

If you cannot find your confirmation number, they give you the option of using the credit card information. It is an either or, not a both.

So glad to have seen this! My airfare went down as well, and we got $95 credited. Not a whole lot, but it surely will help!

I think you have to use one or the other.

WDW_Diane, you are right! I called recently with the same question and they told me I have to use either cash OR points but I couldn't use both.
