None of the confirmations I have with SW show EBCI. Where are you seeing it noted on your confirmation email? I know I booked it because my credit card statement shows the charges. Today I didn't "change" flights .. I just went in and changed my reservation to the same date/time/flight ## but at a reduced price. Guess I need to email SW and ask them to send me something in writing. This is crazy.
Please tell me how to do this. I noticed today that my flights for January have gone down $25 each way. Someone tried to explain it earlier, but they said to cancel and then rebook. Do I not need to cancel first? Just click on change?
I took the plunge and went ahead and tried. I now have a $51 credit with Southwest. Thank you.
