My Son is a Hero!!!

Hi everyone! I thought my dis peeps would be interested to know what my 10 year old son did - I am a little late posting this because we have been so overwhelmed.....but another little boy was choking on his sandwich at lunch in the school cafeteria and my son got up and performed the heimlich manuever and saved his life! We are so so proud of him! He was on the Bonnie Hunt show, Fox & Friends, CBS News and tons of newspapers. You must just be so proud- that brought tears to my eyes. This could be a life changing event for him- in such a good way. Small people can make huge impacts on other people. What a feeling of empowerment!

My DD as part of her Gym class last year, was certified in CPR.
