Ashley took the second part of his black belt grading last night and his instructor told him he'd passed. It was a three hour long session on Saturday afternoon doing all the 'moves' and last night he had to do a 2.2 mile jog. I felt so sorry for him on both occasions he looked done in and also on the verge of tears. He will be presented with his black belt at an extravaganza night on Saturday May 12th which is also his 11th birthday. We are so proud of his achievements, trouble is he will have to go through it all again in 6 months time for his assessment to be certificated and every 6 months after that. At least he knows what he's in store for next time.

Congratulations you all have every reason to be very proud :goodvibes

Well done Ashley:woohoo:

Congratulations to your Ds! He must enjoy it or he wouldn't keep putting himself through all the gradings, Well Done!:thumbsup2

Well done to your family - to your son for his achievement and the rest of the family for supporting him, it is great to hear of kids taking part in activities like this rather than sitting in front of tv or PC!!!! :-) all the time.

Great news well done to all.:cool1:
