that matters.......they live in Casselberry or something similiar to that name and Sanford area....and their homes have trees down thru the kitchens and their vehicles are demolished and they dont' give a care...they are very happy that it is over with.....their cell phones just gave out when they were talking .....

You are very lucky to have heard from them. I am still waiting to hear from a number of friends in Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Never thought I would miss a hurricane by moving to SE FL.

I just tried to call a friend that lives in kissimmee and the phones are not working in his area. My husband called our friend's brother and he just said there is some major damage to homes on his street but everyone is ok healthwise and the community is coming together to help people in need.

Good news Pumba! I too have relatives in Sanford. Also in St. Pete and Ft. Myers and friends in Port Charlotte....no word yet. I see that our own Princess Michelle is online....that is a good sign.
