You are even more important to her children now.....especially her daughter. My Grandmother died when I was 11. I loved seeing her sister ......someone who looked like her and talked like her and knew all about her to tell me stories.....love her kids now more than ever. :grouphug:

The girl who cuts my hair lost her 48-year old mother in a car crash last year - it is so awful and unexpected. Give yourself all the time you need to grieve, and know there are people here waiting to listen if you need to vent, talk or cry.

I am SO sorry to hear that :sad1:

My DH mom died in a car accident in September 2004, 5 days before our wedding. I was very close to her and she was the most excited for our wedding. It was just horrible. It's so hard to understand why things like this happen. Just try to be strong for her children and know that it will take a lot of time, but you will heal and be able to remember the good times with laughter instead of tears. :hug:
