My secret obsession...antenna balls!

I love antenna balls! I already have a small collection but I want to expand it. Is there any store in particular you can think of that would be good to hit for those?

have you checked at the christmas store at DTD? they seem to have a pretty good selection. good luck! just got stitch in his halloween costume--a devil cape and horns!

I found a surprisingly good selection at the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in the MK. My favorite is one covered with pink hearts! I drive that ubiquitous gray Honda van. I can always find mine because of my Mickey antenna topper!

My son is convinced that I belong to a cult between my obsession with the antenna balls and the fact that I know what things like MNSSHP stand for!

He also thinks I need intervention to be able to survive a day without disboards!

Right now I have the jack-o-lantern Mickey on my van. I would love to get an Eeyore for my sister. Do they sell them at the Disney store in the malls? I won't get back to WDW until fall of 2006.

I have Ghost Mickey on one car, Pumpkin Mickey on the other. In November, I'll switch to Pilgrim Mickey and TurkeyMickey. Then in Dec, I'll switch to Christmas Stitch, Santa Mickey, Reindeer Mickey,

It just goes on and on. I have two for every season. I wish they sold the Uncle Sam Mickey separately and not in the seasonal package. I have all the others.

I love my toppers! LOL! I have 4 different ones just for Halloween. I change them every week in October to get them all in. I have a great collection of them. I think I have 6 different Christmas ones. I have at least one for each other holiday. I just bought 4 more last week. The only downside is my next car is an MDX and doesn't have an antenna. I am seriously considering not getting the MDX for that reason alone. DH thinks I'm nuts but I have to have my toppers!

My sister loves them too. I got her the ghost with the Mickey ears. She loves it. We got it in our hotel gift shop.

The mall Disney store does not have the best selection. I don't have anywhere as cool as a collection as all of you. Heading to WDW for Thanksgiving. I may have to bring an extra suitcase for all my new purchases!

but I ran across some cute disney themed ones last week in our local walmart. They aren't the ears balls, but are little balls or worlds with mickey, minnie, etc perched on top of them.

I wish I could have some of these cuties, but my antannae is crazy and really thick so none will fit.

My mom Laughs her head off at the fact that we can be just driving around and all of a sudden I get hysterical; I see tons of WDW toppers just here near our town! I even saw the 50th Anniversary one, too. I guess it like that famous quote goes:

We are not alone....

I bought a seasonal pack when I was at WDW..I liked them so much I ordered a whole bunch through WDW mail order. They have a TON...I love them...hubby thinks I'm a tad "Goofy" haha

Not really. I was in Tampa on business and drove to Disney for the weekend. As I was getting nearer, I saw a black and gold Antenna Ball. I couldn't believe it, Disney had made a Steeler Antenna ball. A couple hours later, I was shopping on Main Street and there it was, right by the register. Not really a Steeler Mickey, but close enough for a football fan from Pittsburgh. Had to have it.

Gotta love the Magic in life.

The gift shop after you ride Test Track had a large assortment...I remember seeing all different kinds of Mickeys, different sports themes, etc.

I absolutely love the gingerbread Mickey heads with the swirled candy ears. They are flattened Mickey head toppers that I found at TDS. I can't wait for November 1st so that I can change mine out.

We love these. My favorite will always be the rainbow Mickey. Maggie

I love the Steelers. They are the only team I will watch an entire football game for.

For those of you that don't have antennas or want your toppers to last longer in the salt and sand here is a suggestion. I put a little circle picture hanger thing in the top of the heads and then run fishing wire through it. I then hang it from my rearview mirror. This way my winter ones don't turn all gray and yuckky in the slushy roads.

I love my antenna toppers too!

You really need to look EVERYWHERE at the world. Just about every attraction and shop might have them. Last December when we were down I picked up 45 different toppers. And I know that there will be pleanty more when we go back down this December.

I love them too - right now I have 125 but looking to expand when I go to WDW in December. I look every once in a while on ebay to see what's new and get them there if I can't find them elsewhere. I know the prices and know what is hot and what is not and do my pricing by there as I don't get to a mall all that often anymore.

It's a fun obsession (and much cheaper than pins unless you drive all over the place looking for them like I did one year!!!! ).

Count me as another one who gets them. I have about 40 at this point and I even got stands for them and have them displayed in the house. I also have one on my antenna. Can't wait to get some more on our December trip.
