Hi, we are going to Disney from January 19 to January 26. I've got two girls, 5 years old and 2 years old.
These are my reservations:
January 19th: Dinner Chef Mickey
January 22th: Breakfast Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic dinner package) (HS)
January 23th: Lunch Be Our Guest and dinner at Crystal Palace (MK)
January 24th: Breakfast The Garden Grill and Dinner Rose & Crown. I think we are going to lunch at Sunshine Seasons (Epcot)
January 25th: Lunch at Tusker (ROL dinner package). I want to dinner at Satuli Canteen (AK).
January 26th: Dinner at Park Fare.
What do you think?

That's a lot of character meals, have your kids been exposed to the the Disney gang before? On our two granddaughters first trip the 4 yr. old was mostly terrified of them, the character meal we had was a huge waste of money. But if your kids are cool with that...it's still a lot of character meals. For food quality the best character dining on your list will likely be Garden Grill and Tusker House. The others get mixed reviews (at best) Chef Mickey's being especially uneven. You'll get some other opinions here shortly. Welcome aboard!
Chef Mickey is Disney World to me, the monorail whizzing by, the characters, the hustle and bustle of the Contemporary. Some folks complain about the food but I like it, especially the Parmesan Potatoes.
