my reservation does not show dining plan

When I pull up my reservation on the Disney website it does not show that I have the dining plan, is that normal? The statement that I recevieved in the mail shows I have the dining plan. I just dont want any surprises! Has anyone else experienced this?

I had the same problem. I called several times and ask the cms about it. They all said it didnt matter what the website said. Its in the computer system and in the letters they sent me so there is nothing to worry about. They also sent me an email to reconform my reservations w/ dining.

So dont worry, however to give yourself a little piece of mind call disney to double check

Our DDP doesn't show on the website either but it's on our paperwork. My guess is the website only shows hotel ressies.

We went the last two years for free dining and the ddp never showed on the website. It was listed in our email and paper invoices. It's annoying but don't stress as long as you have the ddp on the invoice.

Ours has never shown on the website either. But it did show on the original confirmation that we were mailed and it is on the Mickey Mail paperwork that we received a few days ago.
