Finally got my Disney DVC activation email today!
Here is a timeline for those wondering (fyi was bought with Fidelity):
Offer: May 15
Offer Accepted: May 16
Initial Contract & Deposit made: May 16
ROFR Sent: May 20
ROFR Pass: June 10
Notary Session: June 18
Closing Docs: June 21
Recorded Deed: June 24
Welcome email from Disney: July 11.
My points loaded after I called orientation on the 12th
