Based on my last July visit to both WDW and Universal.
My ratings are:

Best overall attraction: Spiderman at IOA
Worst overall: Gran Fiesta Tour at Epcot

Universal Studios: Best 5 attractions: 1) Terminator 2) Revenge of the Mummy 3) Men in Black 4) Simpsons Ride 5) Universal Horror Make-up
Need an upgrade urgently: Jaws

Islands of Adventure: Best 5 attractions: 1) Spiderman 2) Hulk 3) Jurassic River 4) Dudley-Do 5) Poseidon's fury

Magic Kingdom: Best 5 attractions: 1) Splash Mt 2) Big thunder Mt RR 3) Spectromagic parade 4) Buzzligthyear 5) Afternoon parade (Space Mt was closed, if not, sure should be on the list)

Animal Kingdom: Best 5 attractions: 1) Everest 2) Festival of the Lion King 3) Nemo Musical 4) Dinosaur 5) Maharajah Jungle Trek
Kilimanjaro Safaris: mixed emotions, so-so

Epcot: Best 3 attractions (can not find 5): 1) Soarin 2) Mission Space 3) Spaceship Earth
Need upgrade: Ellens Energy, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, Figment

Disney Hollywood Studios: Best 5 attractions: 1) Tower of Terror 2) Aerosmith 3) Toy Story Mania 4) Lights Motors Action 5) Beauty and The Beast / Block Party Bash Parade (tied)
Need upgrade: Stars Tours (already scheduled refurbish), Indiana Jones

I agree with minor differences in rankings... Orlando is TRULY a thrill ride junkie's major fix!!!
