I have not shared a lot in this board about my half marathon. I am running my 4th Half this Sunday. I have spent the past 14 weeks running/Power Walking close to 200 miles. Im pretty nervous right now. They mentioned a chance of rain and I have never trained in any rain before. Im a little older than young, lol (Lets just say my kids are in their early 20's) and I only started doing half marathons a year and a half ago. Im super slow but I like to be like a turtle. I stay steady and strong to the end. I normally finish the 13 miles the same speed as I start with in a tenth of a mile. I try to stay about 4mph but tend to do most of it 3.8 to 3.9 mph. (I have a fancy GPS to tell me my speed)
