Limited two year warranty - PYREX® glass ovenware and glass covers:

World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace any PYREX brand glass item that breaks from oven heat within two years from date of purchase.

Limited one year warranty - PYREX® parts/accessories:

Any non-glass part/accessory with a manufacturing defect will be replaced without charge within one year from date of purchase.

These warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental breakage from impact or attempted repair. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow these safety and usage instructions. For a warranty problem, KEEP THE PRODUCT and call 1-800-999-3436. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so the above may not apply to you. Happened to me too about a year ago. I think I was making pork chops.

I took them out of the oven and placed them on my granite countertop and boom! It's popped and then shattered.

I still use Pyrex glass products but I try to be careful in setting them down on a towel or potholder. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Glad to know I'm not the only one.
