my points web certificate

Hi Everyone:
I cannot figure out how to spend my points to purchase a web certificate. I clink the web cert. button & it links me to their web site. I put in the information to purchase one but then they ask me for a credit card # etc. How do I inform them I want to use my points to purchase? HELP PLEASE???

Here's how it works when I do it: On the mypoints webpage, go under "spend points", then click on the "internet" category (it is also listed in many other categores also) then click on the "webcertificate" link. It gives you the option of either the $10 or $25 certificate depending on how many points you have. Click on the one you want and then it asks you for information from there. I have never had to give them a credit card number or anything.

I was just about to post but Keke beat me to it. I was going to give you the same instructions.

Sounds to me like you were going through the Webcertificate website to try to spend your points instead of going through the MyPoints site.
