Is anyone else having problems accessing surveys on My Points? Since Sunday, every time I check to see if a there's a survey it tells me that there are none available. I used to be able to at least try to qualify for two or three a day.
I've sent several e-mails to Customer Service, but I haven't received an explanation yet. Just wondering if it's a site-wide problem or just me.
