My Points Question...

I got something from a special offer from My Points-I ordered flowers for the boyfriends mother for Mothers Day...only problem is is that I used the wrong email address...I have my reciept...if I call them and give them the story and send them my reciept and stuff will they give me the points? I really dont want to loose out on 800 points!!!

Shopping Guidelines stated at MyPoints:

"To ensure MyPoints will be able to properly credit Points earned via shopping and special offers, the name and email address you use when you complete each transaction must be exactly the same as the email address associated with your MyPoints account. This helps us to identify your Point earnings accurately."

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like you'll be able to get them. However, I like to think positively. If I were you, I'd at least give Member Services a try... you never know!
