My Points Problems

I'm posting this on the Budget Board because it was from this board that I learned about MyPoints. I'm hoping someone else who uses MyPoints will be able to help me out.

I'm having trouble using the MyPoints site. Even when I'm logged into my account I can not get any images to appear for the various merchants, therefore I can not make any click-thru's. I've troubleshooted as best I can. I've deleted the temp files that MyPoints' standard email suggested I delete. I've signed out of my account and tried to log back in multiple times. Only once out of the past hundred attempts have I been able to get images to show up. I quickly clicked thru to the merchant I wanted that day but haven't been able to get the images to show up again. Grrrr! I'm wanting to get some Christmas shopping done online through the various merchants but MyPoints isn't cooperating!

Does anyone else experience this? What to do? Thanks so much if you can help me out!
 
I've used mypoints without any problems like that. I was having some difficulty getting points credited to my account after I made purchases. I just tell everyone to hang onto any receipts/transaction reports just in case. As far as your difficulty, I would say to contact the help line (emailing them online) and explain your situation. Perhaps they can guide you thru.
 

Sometime in the last year they must have changed servers or otherwise upgraded the site because it suddenly stopped working for me. I tried to get it to work for awhile but finally gave up on it.

I can't load images either and I never get credit for the email click throughs anymore.
 
I have had the same problem, and have tried to use their help, but nothing works. I went through at least 8-10 emails from them trying to help, but nothing worked. They finally told me that it is my firewall and there is nothing that they can do. It all started when they redid their site and changed the email format, but it is my problem. I even asked them to send me the emails in text format instead of html, but they said that they could not do it. Guess that it is the end of my free gift cards! I really wish that they would change it, but apparently not enough people are having problems. Good luck!!

Thank you to all who replied. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this. I'll assume it is my firewall because all the tech help emails I've gotten from them haven't been able to address this particular issue. Again, thanks for letting me know that others have had this issue, too.
 
Some additional suggestions, they may work for you:
1. What is your Internet Explorer security setting? (and this happens in a couple of places) Medium-high or higher may hurt your MP account viewing.
2. Do you have Google Toolbar or any other popup blocker installed - this is the one that got me...
