My Points Not Crediting Points

I have been having problems with My Points Crediting my points the last few months.
About 6 weeks ago I completed an offer through their e-mail for 4000 points for taking 3 offers.
I did 4.
I saved the e-mail and all the confirmations.
Points were not credited and I e-mailed them.
I just got a reply saying yes my account showed I clicked thru the 4000 point offer but did not show that i clicked on the individual merchant links.
Which I did or how would I have done them. They should also be able to tell from the dates/times of the confirming e-mails which were right after clicking on their e-mail. So basically they said I would not be credited my points.

Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done about this?
I would not have signed up and been obligated to these offers except for the point incentitive.
After speaking with others they have had problems also.
One has been waitng since last October for points to be credited from using a My Points Credit card.
And another almost 90 days for an Earthlink offer they completed.

Any suggestions or anyone else having problems with My Points?

I have also had problems with MyPoints not crediting. I have done the snapfish offer a couple times, and I had to fight to get points every single time. It usually took a couple emails to even get anyone to answer me, and when they did, it was usually a form letter saying that when I make purchases, I need to use the link from their website- umm, hello? That's what I did in the first place!!! I always save all the confirmation emails from them, so I can forward them back if I have a problem.

Even though I have to watch closely, I usually end up getting my points.

Thanks I am still hopefull.
I saved and sent them all the confirmations and then got the e-mail saying I neededto click thru their links which I did of course
I sent everything again so we will see what happens this time

I would re send them an e-mail and include everything and aything that you have relating to your order. You can call them. I have done this in the past and they were very helpful. I hope everything works out for you!

Keep trying. Seems My Points avoids crediting as long as possible. I've had the same problems. I know longer shop or complete offers. I just do paid emails. It was just to much hassle to keep track of everything I did and nag them to credit my account.
I've had great luck with Creation Rewards and Quick Rewards though.

Well I resent everything for a third time and today my points were there.
Now I can order my Rainforest Card for our upcoming trip.
I guess just have to keep sending them e-mails.
I could find no number to call them.
I think once the rest of my points are credited I will just do their e-mails also and Creation Reawrds for all offers. What is Quick Rewards?

(Knock on wood) While I don't purchase much through My Points, my last two purchases the points were credited promptly. On Monday and Tuesday of this week, I placed an order with Best Buy. Today, the points are already on my account. I've had similar results with a purchase from Circuit City. My last Avon order, the points appeared in about three weeks. I did have problems with an Overstock purchase where the points didn't appear and after a couple of emails and documentation, I received the points. Maybe certain merchants are better at reporting purchases than others.

Quick Rewards is another rewards site that sends emails and has daily clicks. Sometimes you get reference points that can be converted to $. The daily clicks are listed as "clicks/searchs" on the right side of the page. They don't give points for shopping they give a % in cash. I do most of my shopping through Creation Rewards, but when I have shopped at QR I've had no problems.

the only thing about mypoints is they do give bonus points (if you can get them to credit you). I have tried shopping through them and not gotten the points for purchase or the bonus points. I have also shopped through CR and not gotten the bonus points. Even tho I clicked through, they said too bad, we don't have any confirmation from the merchant, so we will NOT credit you. They won't take the email confirms. I missed out on over 1100 points because of that. I won't shop through ANY of them.

sorry that you had a hard time getting your points.. I have been doing Mypoints for years and have never had any problems with them.. I shop thru them all the time.. although sometimes it takes longer than I'd like to get them, I've never had to email them about the offers... Every little bit adds up.. Once they credit my last transaction I'll have enough for another RFC giftcard..
