My patience was rewarded

Called two weeks ago on a whim to see if we could get a DVC points stay for our upcoming Dec trip (booked at CSR prior to joining DVC on Oct 31). No luck. Disappointed but I understand that last minute stuff is iffy with DVC and you have to flexible.

Just called cause I had a feeling, got what I think is a great combo stay. 2 nights in a AKV SV studio and then 2 nights in an OKW 1BR (can do my laundry at night, so take less clothes!!). Happy we get to spend some time at AKV at Christmas plus it coincides perfectly with our Boma dinner. And changing resorts is easy at Disney so no biggie there.

Can I just say... we are tickled pink. DVC MS really came through for us. But then, I have talked to them 5 times since joining and every time has been a pleasure.

We are getting to Orlando early on Dec 20th and leaving out on Christmas Eve. Must be home in time to put out the cookies and milk for Santa ya know

More important than your patience was that last word. Sounds like your flexibility and a helpful MS CM combined to pull this off for you. You had the back up reservations so you did everything "by the numbers" and it paid off.
