My new ticker

So, I've mentioned in passing that I'm going to have a baby, but I just decided to go for the whole ticker thing.

I do have to admit that I'm a little confused by the dates. I put in the due date they gave me last Friday after my sonogram but the ticker is off by 4 days compared to how far along they said I was according to the sonogram.

Anyway, just wanted to share the good news. We're waiting till Christmas to tell the family since we live out of state.

The due date ticker is fine!!! then yo can change it as your due date changes!! Dont you wanna just shout it from rooftops. I told my family later and announced it on the forums first!! Congrats!

Have you thought about how you are going to tell them?? If it were me I would like to think of something creative to make it fun...However you tell them, I'm sure your family is going to be ecstatic!!

Yep. For DH's side his mom has made scrapbooks for all the other grandkids, so I bought a baby one and will wrap it up and let her open it when we do our family Christmas. Will definitely make them wait and open it last!! Oh, DH scanned in the ultrasound pic and I'll print a copy of that for her and tuck it inside as well.

For my side, well my mom recently passed away, so it's my step-dad and for him I bought an "I Love My Grandpa" bib for him to open Christmas morning. (You have to get the visual tho. He's a big biker guy who wears his wallet on a chain and his riding boots all the time.)

I'm sure we're going to surprise the heck out of everyone as we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in October.

By the way. I LOVE Ruby. So cute. Our pug's name is Dyna and she'll be 7 on Christmas Eve.
