My new lens

DH bought me the new Oly 70-300 lens for a birthday present. It finally arrived Wed night and I was able to take it out for a spin. I really like this lens and can't wait to see what I can do with it at AK and AKL next week.

I have the Canon version of this lens. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, the more I use it the more I have decided I love shooting wildlife. And, of course, that means I need more reach. Getting a lens longer than 300 starts (continues?) getting expensive. So, be careful. Here's one of my many favorite shots with that lens:

I'm jealous! Thanks for sharing some samples.. I'm still undecided on which lens to get before our January trip.. I'll probably end up with the 11-22 before and the 70-300 after. Such a great value for 600mm equivalent!
