Hi there MeMom I'm sorry I am sooooo late to this TR! Life got kinda crazy and I was off the boards for over a month I subscribed here when I got back a couple of weeks ago, but just now had time to go through and get caught up

I'll do my best to stay caught up now!

We were all busy last month with so many things. We did miss you, though. I was very happy to get lots of DIS time during my two week break.

I think I saw that you guys are making the May meet with Wigd and CP, is that right?

Seeing pictures of Bella climbing reminds me so much of when Amy was a baby. They have the same hair, too.
I'm in the for the NYE meet. I'm thinking I'll do the 31st-5th. Christmas and NYE is the same week for this year so I don't see why the week before Christmas would count as WB.
I meant to buy the Mickey nutcracker pin but I waited out on it because I was hoping it would go on sale after NYE. It never came home with me. Maybe, I'll find it at my parks outlet and I can get it there.

I think it is cool that we have this fun event planned out a whole year in advance. I hope we can get good flight prices down on Christmas Day, and I guess if they are really expensive coming back, we could always rent a car and drive back. We'll just save all year and see.

How nice that you have a Disney outlet.

That would be great MeMom if you could do that for the pins. I went to Target today and seen they have villain ones also. They did have the plates out for them so not sure which ones i want.

Remind me right before we go so that I can put it on my list of things to do.

I'm thinking now with the possibility of an even longer trip in June we may skip the trip in July all together, well, still go to Charleston and just stay at the beach.... and maybe no Disney in October either. That will help with the all family trip in December.

I just Googled it, and it looks pretty awesome. Even if we don't end up staying in those suites in the future, I'd love to just have a new area of Pop to explore!

I am pretty sure we will stay in them when they first open, just to say we tried them out. I have a feeling they may be a little more pricey than the already exisitng ones, though, and that may send me back across the lake to Pop. I don't know if they will open the bridge between the two or keep it closed, since it will now not officially be a part of Pop. If they open the bridge, that does leave a lot more opportunities for pictures on my morning walks.

Yes, they have had blinking characters there for a while now. It does look different when you first see it.

It's a cute show. Ed had his heart set on a Dole Whip, but I was going to opt for a root beer float. We only had a few minutes to stay there, though, because Trent was coming, and we were so excited to be with him again. He was coming between work breaks, and he arranged to have one full day off to be with us.

I'm glad lots of DIS friends will get to spend time together this summer.

It has a different atmosphere during every season. That's why I like to go once every few months when we can. Flower and Garden time is so alive, Food and Wine and MNSSHP is the best of fall, Christmas - you've see that in a lot of reports lately, and summer is great for water time. It's just an awesome place all year!

There is not a hippo any more. That mall got destroyed in the flood, and only Bass Pro Shop has reopened. There are other places we can meet, though, so when you finalize your plans, let us know. Will you go through Atlanta at any time during your travels? Maybe we could do another big Atlanta meet, since there are so many in GA.

Let me know as soon as you know about July, too. If you guys are not coming, I will probably change the 7-6 'Ohana dinner and try to get it 7-4, before we watch fireworks.

Good morning! I am about to start work and just wanted to check in. Yes, I am happy to be going in March. We got an amazing rate at the GF for the conference so that made it worthwhile. We are going to make this trip a more laid back trip than the last ones. I want to have lots of pool time and just hanging out. The good thing also is that I will be able to see my nephew play in the MK parade after all. He will be at MK on 3/13 in the parade. We are excited to see his band! Love the pics from last night. I wish there was someway I could be there for the NYE meet also. It looks like it will be a blast!!

After the show was over, we started out. I guess Ed wasn't paying attention to the fact that the four os us were heading toward the exit, but when it hit him, he sent Cheena after us asking, "What about the Dole Whip?" We told him that we had texted before that it would have to be the Dole Whip or the castle show because of time. He looked like a disappointed little boy. I hope he went on and got his Dole Whip.

I was so embarrassed of him making me run after you because I knew you all were headed to meet Trent.

Will the Art of Animation Suites be family suites at all? As a family of six, I am always looking for for rooms that will hold all of us. We're going to try a AsMu Family suite in October I think! Do you think this year will be busier with the anniversary? I wonder if they will offer any special discounts. How are the crowds normally in Oct?

October is Disney is definitely gorgeous and when we want to go back for sure! So I'm REALLY enjoying your photos. Love all of the orange!

Can I ask for a favor for prayers. Some friends from church were in a bad wreck yesterday. Mom is in critical but stable condition. The 2 month old and 10 year old both had to be airlifted to Scottish Rite Children's Hospital. The 2 month old is in stable condition but the 10 year old was just taken off life support. The Mom had not been told yet(She is at a different hospital). Please pray for this family during this horrible time. Thanks.

We had not seen Beauty and the Beast in the previous couple of trips, so it was time to see an old favorite again.

erin and i are going to see the broadway version at the fox (where we saw mary poppins) next saturday!

I'm just peeking in at lunch time, but I wanted to respond here quickly. I am so very sorry to hear this. We just never know when a normal day running errands and doing chores might turn out to take such a different turn. I am so sad for this family and what the mother will face and will feel when she finds out about this, as well as for all of those who love them and are surrounding them during this time. Be assured that your DIS friends will hold them close in thought and prayer.
