My sympathy to you Jennymouse. My Mother died 20 some years ago at a fairly early age. To this day I miss her and think about her. Time heals all wounds, as they say, and it does. I can now think about her without feeling the awful ache, or going into convulsive sobs, but I still do shed a tear once in a while when some memory of her touches me. Your mother will always be with you, and as the years go by you will see more and more of her in you.
Our Disney points were bought with a small inheritance from my parents that grew through the years through investments. My parents never saw any of our grandchildren, but now when we take our grandchildren to Disney every year, at some point, we always do a shout up to them in thanks for the trip. Because of this, and because I talk about my parents to our grandkids, they will know my parents even if they never saw them. I also know my parents are with us the whole time at WDW and loving the way I spent their money.
