She was giving DH a guilt trip about us going to my friend's (the kids' godmother) 40 th birthday party this afternoon. Mr Baby had a fever and she thought we should stay home with him.

Mr Baby ended up staying with Nana (my mother).

Nothing like a good old fashioned guilt trip from your MIL.
