My Mom & my DS car hit from behind

My mom took my DS 12 & 8 out today. My DS called me to tell me that they were one their way home but stuck in traffic (on the NJ Turnpike extention). While talking to him, I heard a bang and my DS said that they just got hit. My mom pulled to the shoulder and got out. Luckily there wasn't any damage and they are ok. I then spoke to my mom and she said they are fine. Scarey to listen to happen.

This same thing happened to me. I was hit while talking to my DH. We were on an on ramp to the freeway and traffic was stopped, the lady behind me bent over to grab her cheeseburger she had dropped and hit me. I told him we were fine and I had to talk to the driver and I would call him back. Even though I told him we were fine he freaked out a little till he saw there was no damage to the car or us!

I'm happy to hear that they are fine. I had gotten into an accident last week when my uncle banged my car. Had to get two estimates done and boy is it expensive to fix.
