I'm happy to say I DID do my workout this morning. Squats, jacknives, lunges & all! It's so easy to make excuses. I skipped Sunday because I couldn't walk after my workout Saturday. I skipped Monday & Tuesday because I've been fighting a cold. I'm glad you inspired me to get back at it today. My goal is to workout 2-3 times during the week. Plus once or twice on the weekend.
Don't you love the boxing? How about the balance games - I'm so bad at those. It took me 50 tries, but I finally made it down the river in my bubble this weekend. Now I'm eating pizza for lunch...
How is the Biggest Loser workout?I've had my eye on that one... I love the show!
Amy (and anyone else) - feel free to check in every time you workout! I know sometimes it helps keep me motivated to know that I can talk about it somewhere. I also have a group of friends on Facebook and every once in a while we'll talk about how we're doing. It's great to have that support.

I love the boxing, but I haven't really done it on the wii fit. I just do it on Wii sports. I love it!! I haven't tried that bubble/river one yet, but Chuck did and it was very hard so kudos to you for making it all the way!
Missy does The Biggest Loser and I have another friend who recommended it. It's not difficult as far as doing the moves. It's simple in that regard, you know what I mean? But, it gave me a good workout! It is compatible with the wii balance board if you choose. I've just done the first day on it so I'm not sure how I like it yet. It also has recipes, which is cool. I'm just borrowing it from Gamefly right now, but if I like it, I may end up buying it. I also bought EA Sports Active for the wii from Amazon thanks to Leslie's recommendation. I'm looking forward to trying that one.
