Great job on Week 2, day 1
I'm happy to hear you aren't feeling the aches and pains as much. Your body is getting used to the whole running thing and one day you'll realize it just feels normal to run. (I can't predict exactly when that will be. It comes easier to some than others
)
Oh and Colin Firth is Mr. Darcy

I'd hear the speaker's voice coming back on to tell me it was time to run again and I would be thinking, "Please! Not yet! I haven't gotten my breath back."
The last run was VERY difficult and I really didn't think I was going to be able to finish it. I admit I stopped a few seconds short of the expected 90, but I'm not going to beat myself up over that.
And yes jenjolt - congrats!!!! I will be joining you soon!
) but I do have my eye on a running skirt that has a Minnie vibe, it is red with small white polka dots and a black mesh waistband found here
Now here is your wonderful family ALONG with Oreo and Darwin!!!!
) so I have not been out to run since Sunday afternoon. *CRUD*
I just can't handle the cold anymore. And to me, 40s for a high is kinda cold! The coldest it's been here in Virginia Beach this winter is 30s and 40s for highs. I can handle the 40s, but not the 30s.

P&P- the ONLY good one is the one with Jennifer Ehle! We watch it about once every quarter. We have it memorized.
