We can't scan - no smart phones in our house 


I must need a different special department - I have 17 digits on the backI'm even more special. I'll be pleasantly surprised if the issue is cleared up by tomorrow. My fault, I should've done it sooner - oh well!
funny how yours has less digits 
We have premier passes that we're issued at Disneyland. I didn't scan the barcode, instead I typed in the number. The tickets were not accepted as media until 62 days before our reservation when things began to change. At 60 days I was then able to do my fast pass+ and magic bands.

Hi Michael, How did you get Disneyland to reissue it? I was there less than a month ago, and went to the Ticket booths to ask them to reissue my pass, after explaining the situation. The cast member looked at me like I was crazy and would not reissue it. Please advise! Thank you for your information!

When I was on the phone with WDW I asked if I could do that. She replied, yes. I then called the Disneyland AP line and explained the situation. I was put on hold so she could speak with her Supervisor for the approval. Just be sure they put a note on your file and all will be good.

Thank you again, I spoke to them on the phone today, and they advised me to go to guest services, where they said they would be able to assist me. Is that where you got yours reissued also?

RMoneyTheHBomb: Great to hear! Just to be clear, the error you were having was not the "Invalid ID" error, correct? If I remember correctly, it was something to do with the expiration date?
I'm having the "Invalid" error, which makes me believe that a pass reissue is the only way to fix it, based on the information Michael has provided.
Cool, this is exciting. I might just have to make a trip out to Florida soon
One last question, did they reissue you a RFID card, or was it the older style card?

So if I understand this correctly, when I go to disneyland in a couple weeks and upgrade my AP to a premier it should have the RIFD. Is there way to make sure I get a card that does have RIFD or do all cards issued at DL now have it
