My K-cup Cleaning Question?

Has anyone found an easy way to clean the K-cup out?

I don't want to bang the grounds out as the basket is made of plastic and mesh.

Anyone have a great way to clean the grounds out?

I rinse mine out with water in my sink. I do have a disposal though.

you can also buy these little white filters and then it dumps right out.

I think remembering to take the K-cup out and letting the grounds dry helps a lot. So far this morning is the only time I tried leaving the grounds to dry.

I did not know you could get disposable liners for the my K-cup.

after they dry a little, mine just dumps out and I rinse it.

I have the ekobrew kind. I tap it on the side of the trash container and then rinse it, or scoop it out with a spoon and then rinse it. I don't want to wash coffee grounds down the sink so I try to get it as clean as I can before rinsing it.

My DH has a coffee maker that has a little reusable cup thing like the K cups have. He just rinses the whole thing down the sink. He doesn't tap the grounds out he just rinses them down the sink.

I rinse mine in the kitchen sink as well!! Works great!!!

If the grounds I dry, I tap the filter and they fall right out into the disposal. I rinse and let it air dry.

If the grounds are wet, I just rinse them down the disposal.
