I first posted here at the dis a year and a half or so ago I think. I may or may not have posted here when I was on my last weight loss journey prior to my trip? AT any rate I had lost a lot of weight and was within a few pounds of goal when I quit my plan stopped going to tops and started babysitting to earn money for our trip. AT that point the weight started creeping up again. I had gained back 15-20 pounds before our trip then in the next year I gained back the rest and then some. It was a long hard winter what can I say? So I found myself fat and completely unhappy I had doen this to myself AGAIN! About a month ago I decided to to start again. I also started a new job working 3rd shift which actually has helped. It's a very phisical job I get tons of exercise I walk 4-5 miles in a given night at work plus I am too tired to eat much so I eat more quality stuff normally. I also drink a ton of water on the job which helps. So so far I have lost the first ten and am almost back to my origional starting weight! UGH! I had my own plan I used to follow which I would do again but it doesnt always fit into my routine. So for now it's the walkinga nd watching what I eat. I allow myself anything I want in moderation. None of the PLANS persay work well for me though my mother has had great success with atkins. So I am back here hoping to plan our next trip in 2004 and hoping to be at goal by then!
238/228/165 My stats for now I know 165 seems high to many of you but at that weight with my muscle tone I am a size 10 in most brands 12 in others. Currently I am in between a 20-22 in most things and soem 18's. I have measurements form when I started but keep forgetting to do new ones. So I am not sure how many inches I am down so far. so 10 down 63 to go
I can and will do it! No backsliding this time! I will reward myself as I go down with disney dollars to spend just on me when we take our trip
Normally I reward myself with cash to spend on clothing... but I have tons of stuff still from the last time so I wont really need new stuff this time.
