First of all, you cannot just make the assumption that "everyone" is rude. Besides, we're usually only rude to people who are rude to us, all in good fun. Sometimes we bite, but we're not usually that hungry. Unless we haven't eaten all day and we're talking about food. XD Second of all, I have made quite a few new friends with newcomers to the chat room. Once someone is accepted by one person, they're basically accepted by all in the chat room. It's the complicated way of chat life. We're usually just mild-mannered weirdos who like to have fun and chat with other people from around the world. XD

Yes, sometimes people are just rude, but they're probably not our friends either.

Delany, last night in the chat there was a slight misunderstanding with your name and font and people in the chat room were just assuming it was someone else. I'll just speak up for the whole "chat gang" and say we're sorry for causing any misunderstandings or problems. Really, don't be afraid to come back. Unless you cause trouble (which you didn't) then we're generally very nice people.

It seems like other DIS'ers just have ONE bad experience in the Chat room, so they bad mouth it and say the people in there are rude. .-.

What do you mean ' none of you were welcoming'? Sometimes we don't say 'hi' to people no matter how long they've been on the chat, sometimes were too into the convo on the chat to want to break off of the convo and say 'hi', but were nice to the person.

Everyone in there is very rude* to new peopel****. I'm usually in there, and would have straightened them out.( meaning eaten them for being rude) Not being supreme ruler...-_- They dont accept anyone new. Just ignore them.
