There was a haunted Minnie on Ebay a few weeks ago as well. I will just never understand what some people will do for a buck ..... :confused3

hey, he made over $200 on the thing. I gotta say, It's not beyond me for that kind of money.

People are really stupid to buy into it.

firstly, You're stupid if you pay that much for something that someone "says" is Haunted.

Secondly, if those things DID happen, why in God's green earth would you want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They deserve whatever they have coming to them.

DAWGPOUNDAJ: Guess what? I could have SWORN that I heard a little voice in my head telling me something....Along the lines of "Che che che che, ah ah ah ah..." What do you think it means!? Perhaps the spirit is spreading to all of the Stitch stuffed animals!

OMG ITS A DISNEY CONSPIRACY!!!!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl:

That is just TOO funny...*GASP*...my Mickey and Minnie bobble heads just...nodded at me!!! They're haunted, I must sell them on E-Bay!! :rolleyes2 :

I wonder if the buyer can sue (or demand a refund) if the Stitch recieved has none of the behaviors of the Stitch advertised.

Too bad the bid cancelation policy does not allow for canelation due to a significant increase in nightmares since placing bid.

Either this guy is telling the truth (and I am REALLY gullible) or he has ALOT of time on his hands!!!

1) That's one way to drive the price of a $5.95 doll to $200.
2) Wish I had thought of that marketing tool.

3) Wait, I do have things to sell.
. . . haunted 1989 Ford LTD, only $93,492 (only runs when I am not there)
. . . haunted Titleist Sand Wedge, only $603 (doesn't like sand with me)
. . . haunted Jockey Undershirt, only $319 (only itches when on me)
. . . haunted Panasonic 8-track tape player, only $127,400 (eats tapes)

2) Those bidders are pure idiots.

I totally agree. We have the same "haunted" Stitch. We got him from TDS for $7.99.

This person obviously stole this idea from the person who sold the "ghost" on ebay that was scaring her kid. Nuts!!! :sad2:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:
That is the most absurd thing I have read--this guy has way to much time on his hands and I would say he's "not the brightest crayon in the box!"

Well with Eisner leaving Disney, he has to make his money some how, but i never thought he would lower himself to selling off his personal stuffed animal collection

I have to disagree with the brightest crayon in the box comment.....

The guy just got some idot to pay over $200.00 on an $8.00 doll.....

Pure Genius :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Ok, the listing is totally hilarious :rotfl: and really LONG, but did anyone bother to read some of the questions sent to the seller? Some of those people sound like they really believe him! They are even sending advice how to get rid of Stitch, referring him to websites about excorcism and everything.

That is the funniest thing I've ever read! People are GULLIBLE!!! Did anyone else notice any inconsistancies (sp) in that listing? I love how every idea was a great one, but for some reason he couldn't try it... and how he managed to basically come right out and say feel free to bid but don't expect anything but an empty box! Also, the picture of the "priests hand" belonged to the person taking the picture, if you look at the angle it's obvious. Too funny! I did notice the picture of the so called demon, and it is creepy! (It is also very easy to do in photo shop)

ETA- Several of my sons toys will go off in the middle of the night, over and over again, and when I go check on him, he's sleeping like a log! I had to take the batteries out of one particular toy... I guess I should get listing, Mama's going to WDW!!!

My girls got these magic wands that move with motion, they are sitting still at night and go off, I should sell these.!

Now, I have a great idea to make some money! I have had a "possessed" phone for quite a few years. Every night between 10 and 12 it would ring once. Nobody was ever there and it didn't ring more than once. Finally I moved it to another room and turned off the ringer. Think I could pay for my upcoming trip with the profit on that thing? I think this guy is a genius with a great sense of humor and a lot of extra time!

He is certainly creative. The updates are a great touch. I love where he says that he is now taking medication to calm himself down. Too funny! :rotfl2:

We have an interactive Stitch and he sits in the media room. Used to freak us out because out of the blue (no pun intended) he would say "yeah?" which is what he says when you wake him up by pressing the button in his hand or he would start snoring which is what he does when he is awake and you stop interacting with him or tell him to go to sleep. Finally figured out the remote control for the TV was setting him off - but before then we wondered if we had a haunted Stitch. To think of the merchandising opportunity we have wasted . . . :rotfl:

It'll be awhile before I buy another stuffed animal..... let's hope that it really was just a good marketing plan...

About the original thing...ummmm why would you keep something cursed possessed or haunted around long enough to sell. I dunno if I was truly frightened of a toy it would last exactly 30 seconds in my house, the time it would take me to open the door, run out to the front yard and long punt the evil object outta my space. Then again I don't believe in passing on cursed items so I couldn't leave it for the neighbor kids so I guess I'd fire up the Smokey Joe and barbque the sucker. Or I could tie a brick to it and throw it into Lake Michigan. I guess if I was just prentending it was cursed, then selling it would definitely be the thing to do ;)
