I'm watching footage from Tony Blair's first election victory just under a decade ago and what's striking me is how he has aged.

It's kinda sad - shows you how tough the job is.

We like to compare this to the presidents at different times of presidency and at the end of their term. It certainly isn't an easy job under the easiest of times.

Yup, it looks like he will. Apparently he'll be heading a small squad of 7 or so soldiers and will be an advance scout (don't quote me on that!)

[EDIT]: More accurate:

[The paper] says he will take charge of 11 soldiers from his regiment, the Blues and Royals, performing reconnaissance work in the desert.

...

Harry qualified as an armoured reconnaissance troop leader in October and is able to lead 11 men and four light armoured Scimitar tanks.

Apparently, he may be deployed in the next few weeks.

My hat off to him, as it is to everyone risking their lives over there.
