My "Girls" are starting to worry me...

For thoes of you that don't know , or care, I am taking my Girl Scout troop to Disney World for 5 days, then to the Disney Wonder for another 3 nights. I have spent an untold amount of time on these boards getting all kinds of help, advice and good wishes.

Apparently DD has gotten bitten by the Dis bug. Lord knows that I have read enough threads to her. She has went under my name, to the Cruise Boards and posted something. The deal is that I will not nag her about dishes for a week if I stay off the crusie boards for the week. UG! It's so hard.

I have no idea what she is hatching over there, and REALLY do not want to spoil it for her. So I do not want any of you to peek over there and report here, but if any of you have read her thread, I just hope she is not embarrasing me!!

Now she gets on the phone every night with other troop members and they talk about number of replys and have a list of phone numbers and web sites that they are taking to the next troop meeting.

Am I worrying for nothing?

No...she is not embarrassing you!!!! Let me just say this....you and these girls are gonna have an awesome time. I have been following this and have pm'd you about your fundraising efforts to make money for this cruise....this is so cool that they are wanting to go on this and you have been willing to make this happen for them!!!! You are one cool leader in my book!!!!

LOL, your post is so sweet. I would be the same way, wondering if my kid was embarrassing me.

Ok, Ok, hahahaha

I get the idea. They may be mildly annoying but basically harmless.

I can't wait for this trip.

Last year they enlisted the help of another leader and my ast. leader and filled out the requird paperwork and such and made me "Leader of the Year". I will never forget that. Right now they are in the midst of another fundraiser for the trip. Although the paper work drives me nuts for all this, I want to make it a very special trip for them. Not just another trip, but all kinds of surprises are in store.

I cannot reveal them here, because apparently the girls are "here" now too, but it's mostly thanks to you all and your great ideas.

Thanks for "peeking" at the cruise boards for me.

And no, I WILL NOT LOOK!!!

Stay off the board! And don't worry - you know your girls. Yep, these older girls can cook up some amazing things some times. But this will be NO WORRY!
