Thank you all for the warm thoughts and concerns. But I see no way of getting my account back. And by now I'm sure my rooms, rare and friend list are gone.
I will be on vmk with another of my accounts her title is: Mystifywhen

this happen to my other character i.Sunset
and i saw her last night on main street and central plaza.
my friends told me to report and i did. but i got the message it wasnt my account. (thats bc the info was changed)
my wistness saw her eariler on main street while i was at my friends house.
i went into a trade with that character and she talked, actually talked.
i told her she was on my account and she/he was like LOL sure but then said i have to go bye.
i dont understand. if i was on pal i would have took pictures. but i was on my dads computer at the time.
sadly i cant get that account back either.

thanks again all, I'm so glad I have true friends. I think I have figured out who did this as they did it to another persons account that I am friends with and we have talked. Still doesn't replace my stuff or my rooms, but be on the look out for someone trading alot of rare, such as yellow slippers. Life will go on and ppl like him will get theirs in the end.
