This is a wonderful story of people helping people.
Sounds to me that this place is a great place to work helping their worker get through this trying time with some dignity..keep her job and work as she can now. Bravo to them.

I only wish that my husband's place of employment, he worked there for 36 years, could learn something from this company...

It seems to me people who have the most success with fighting cancer are the people who just try to keep their lives as close to normal as possible. Sounds like your friend is doing just that. What an uplifting article...so glad to hear Ernst and Young is so compassionate regarding their employees! All companies should take note.
