My fitness goal

After losing 50 lbs last year I got pregnant and gained it all (and some) back. I just tend to gain a lot during my pregnancies not matter what I do.

Anyway, I'm having a hard time getting motivated to work out this time - I guess that's what happens when you're the mother of three working FT ;)

To help get myself motivated I am going to train for a 5K and I'm going to make my 1st one in WDW next year!! I'm so excited, I think a weekend away from the kids will be just what I need to get me moving. And don't worry, we'll be taking another trip 2 months later with the kids, but DH and I want to run it and won't have anyone to watch the little ones while we run if we take them :)
 
I am going toward my fitness goal.my weight was 66 kg but now i have reduced so much weight with lot of exercise.Now my weight is 58.I want to achieve 50 kg weight.i am going toward a good goal and definitely will achieve it.
 

I have a very similar goal! I am doing the princess half marathon in 2/2012. What 5k are you doing?

I can totally relate to baby weight! My baby just turned two and I am still working on losing it! I am not sure about the kg conversions, but congrats on the loss!

A weekend without the kids is well deserved. My husdand and I are hoping to go to the race alone and celebrate our 10 year annivesary a month early.
