I had a pretty full day packing and running last minute errands. Now I'm waiting for one last load of laundry to finish up, and then I can continue packing.

So, ladies and gentlemen, I think I will now be signed out until at least Sunday - probably. Who knows, though. I might not be able to sleep later.

I think I at least have our gas stops planned out. I researched and found some cheaper gas stations along the way so I'm not forced to get the inflated Chevron prices or something. I have a map showing all the rest areas, and I have double checked where the last one is before hitting the LA area. I'm worried about being stuck in traffic down there with a full bladder.

I do believe I may actually be overprepared.

I'm back! We got home early this afternoon, and I am exhausted. The drive down was pretty brutal, so when we go again I think we will be flying. I am probably going to crash soon, but I will start working on Day 1 with pics when I wake up.

A couple highlights:

DD met 6 of the princesses! I was hoping for 1 or 2 at the most, so we were both pretty stoked.

Even though we didn't take full advantage of our MM by going on rides the whole hour, it was wonderful to relax in the park that early, and the tip to start with Peter Pan's Flight worked beautifully. We walked onto Peter Pan, Dumbo, the Carousel, and the Teacups twice.

DD had a special moment with a character she was dying to meet, and it literally had me crying like a total sap. Thank god my sunglasses hid my eyes and I was able to recover without DD even having a clue. I believe this was on Day 3.

Ah, you just made me giggle like a little girl. I'm sorry I missed weeing you too. I know what you meant of course. I have to confess, I wasn't even trying to see if I recognized anyone. I probably passed one of your kiddos and wouldn't have had a clue.
