My first drama free/Disney therapy trip

Hi! I'm Anna Farringer and Im a solo traveler. I had a lot of things planned for this trip. I always have major drama and was prepared for it. Luckily, it was pretty drama free for the most part. I will admit, I got a major case of the lazies. lol.

Since 2011 was a very rough year for me....I decided to go and have a nice week away. After changing my trip a dozen times....I stuck with All Stars Music Jan. 5-10.

So, here's my TR:

Day 1. My flight was due to take off at 3:30 p.m. from Tulsa. So I spent some time with dad and grandma that morning. My dad took me to the airport at noon. I had two bags with me and a laptop and purse. I had to haul all my stuff to the counter.

One bit of drama: I forgot to put my luggage tags on my bags! Luckily, I realized it just as the agent saw them go in and they promised to fix it. Thank you SWA!

I was worried about my flight....I get airsick.

I needn't worried. I felt great. I flew straight through all the way to MCO. We landed at 10:30 p.m. I was exhausted, but happy! I was here! I hauled my bags to the ME counter....I was able to find it easily and hopped right on. The line was relatively short and I coudnt wait to just go to bed. I texted my hubby to let him know I had gotten there.

I watched the welcome video, all while fighting sleep. I love it normally. I was tired. We finally get to ASMu and the drivers load me off the bus. A concierge helped me find my room. I was so tired, I fell into the bed and didn't even change my clothes.

That was my first day.

Coming up.....I'm so glad I didn't wear mascara.

Day 2.

So, it's now Jan. 6 and I wake to hear Stitch screaming in my ear. I fantasize about going homicidal on him for a second, till I remember that I have to get up early to go to Crystal Palace.

I am still in my clothes. Yup. I slept in my clothes. Thank goodness I wore pajama jeans. Yes, they are that comfy.

So I get changed and head out to the bus to Magic Kingdom to see rope drop. I had a 3 day base ticket from my boss. Not to self...get more if needed. I didn't spend nearly enough time in the parks this time.

I got there just as it started. I watched it from outside the gates and then headed in. I was glad that I had time before my breakfast.

Now why was I glad I didn't wear mascara? Because the park was still decorated for Christmas!!!! Sooo beautiful!!!!! I cried.

After I pulled myself together, I saw that Pluto was signing autographs. I don't know what it was this trip. I've been to wdw 5 times and this time....Pluto hung out with me all the way through. Must have been dog radar.

I make it through the line and Pluto goes to sign my autograph...he puts my pen in his mouth! Rofl!!!! Very funny.

I make it to Crystal Palace and see Chef Ken again. He goes through what I can and can't have. I have an onion allergy. I pile up my plate with mickey waffles, eggs, bacon. (Pics will be uploaded soon, I promise)

The only problem this time was that only Tigger signed my autograph. But then they were all on break so no one else got any other signatures either. Hey, even characters need waffles! Otherwise, it was perfect!

I knew I was tired when I nearly collapsed in my food. I was so tired. I ended up heading back to my room to sleep. A little nap would do me good.
