My first attempt at a pre-trip report...

I LOVE Mickey Mail!! I can't wait for mine to get here but we're still at 41 days today... I called yesterday to order one extra Magical Express luggage tag because my mom packs two bags... and they said mine had just been sent to the printer!! So, yours should definitely be coming ANY DAY NOW!!!

Just read the whole PTR. Great job. We are staying at CBR too (still trying and hoping something opens up ar COronado Springs). We will be there the 17th-27. We are going to try to add a day in the beginning, but I have to talk to my ds12 teachers and see what's going on.
It takes us about 11 hours to get there. With my kids being younger we have a few bathroom breaks and we stop and have a sit down dinner just to break up the time in the car.

Awesome! Maybe we'll run into eachother! I'll be the group with the two teenagers, where the boy is WAY shorter than the girl!

I'll be the frazzled mom with 3 boys.

We like CSR for the queen beds. I get a pack and play for my little one, but he usually wakes up and ends up in the bed with us, for that reason we like the bigger beds. ALso my DH loves the pepper market. We are looking forward to trying CBR, but we do love CSR.

I stayed at CSR once, didn't love it, but with the updates, it may be time to give it another shot!

I wanted to try POR this trip, but I was out voted by Deshea for the beach. Plus DH isn't into fixing things that aren't broke, and since we loved CBR last time..... Stinks being the minority.

The updated CSR rooms are very nice, very relaxing.

We have stayed at POFQ and thought is was great, nice room and a small resort. We would have stayed the next trip, but free dining was offered and we couldn't get it at POFQ and that was our first stay at CSR. I have no desire to stay at POR, but we will have to use them after this year. We will need the trundle bed once my little one turns 3. I do think POR is a beautiful reosrt, but the rooms don't apeal to me at all.

I'm glad that you all love CBR, lakes me feel better.

What's your thoughts on the pool at CSR? I didn't use it when I was there last. Do they also have the quiet pools for each area like CBR?

We didn't use the pools, didn't even walk over to see the big pool. They do have quiet pools. We go to Disney for Thanksgiving and for us that is not warm enough for swimming.

Still no Mickey Mail..

I bought the cutest little notebook for the trip, its flowered and has little pockets on the inside for receipts, etc. I think writing my TR is the only thing that's going to keep me from contracting the "Disney Blues" upon our return!

Now to catch up on my subscriptions! Get my Disney fix for today!

Question - when we went in 2008, I thought that everyone on the package got a round of mini-golf? Now it seems that theres only a round for one adult per package?

Did they change this, or am I reading it wrong?

If I am remembering correctly, it's just one round of mini-golf for one person. And, I think it's been that way for a couple of years. We always say we are going to play mini-golf but never seem to find time for it so I've never used the voucher.
