I'm still here! YAY for online check-in!!!! You will be Single Digit Dancing tomorrow!!!!
I'm with you on the lists - its the only thing that keeps me at least a little bit organized. I currently have about 7 on sticky notes on my desk for various things...and we aren't even going to Disney, that's just normal life!![]()
Wow, It is getting SOOO close. Can you take an extra bag and fit Claire and I in it? LOL!
First things first,
Single Digit Dance
Secondly, how did you attach your LGMH? I've been debating on the best way to attach mine? Safety Pin?

It's so close. I'm excited for you. I did online checkin for our 2010 trip and it went so much faster at the resort.
Oooh, yes, your idea for attaching the LGMH sounds more logical. I'll definitely be looking into those items.
Second, you absolutely need your own suitcase. If you don't have it full on the way down, that's even better, because there's room for more souvenirs!

you are going to be in the mist of the magic in days!
love you idea of the LGMH! I had made one out of material I had bought put my name on it with a fabric marker had it on my bag...took it off when we were in cracker barrel--don't remember why? -- and did not find it again...must have lost it on the floor or in the parking lot...
Danny & I use share one large bag and I have one small bag for DS4 but I have to say it is PACKED!
I used online check in for our last two trips...LOVE IT!
I will be sure to check back with you this week
Connie
It seems like it will work out well.. The key ring thing holds it on there pretty good.
So we are about done packing, just a few hanging things to go in at the last minute.. We have one BIG suitcase, and one carry on type, the smaller has all the toiletries and stuff, plus a set of clothes for friday night at the hotel on the road.. Where ever that may be! No worries about souvenier room, we got the whole back of the 4runner for that!!!![]()
Oh yea, I forgot you were driving. We always fly now so I have to worry about it all fitting in my suitcase PLUS making sure it isn't over weight... How LUCKY you are to have all that extra room!
Yay for being in the single digits! It sounds like you are slowly but surely marking off things on your list of things to do before leaving!
I'm here & catching up on your PTR. Better late than never. I love your wedding picture, you look beautiful!
Man! you do not have long at all before you leave! Woo Hoo!![]()
WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! It's our week.![]()
I know! I'm sooooo excited! When are ya'll heading out? Our plan right now, is to leave out at 12:30, Chris got permission to leave work at 11 on Friday! We'll prob drive about 9 hours, then stop for dinner and sleep!
We are leaving Wednesday at about 2:00. We will get the kids out of school a little early (1:30 they normally get out at 2:15). The plan is to be pulling out of the driveway at 2. Hopefully. We will drive until the kids are ready for dinner, then eat and go the rest of the way. Probably checking in around 1 a.m. YAY
I'm having a delimma. I've been on allears.net, and reading some HORRIBLE reviews about Chefs de France. As ya'll know, this isthe dinner that I reserved for Chris and I only. Now I'm worried . The reviews say the service is terrible, the employees are snooty and/or rude, and the food is mediocre. I don't know what to do. It's so late in the game, I can't see anything else being availiable.Thoughts?I really want us to have a special dinner, bc it's the only time we will have alone for like... nine days. LOL.
I am sorry I can't offer any help here as we've never eaten at Chef de France. Have you gone to the Disney Food Picture thread here on the Dis and asked? Usually, when a person posts a picture of the food, they also post their thoughts.
I have been "advised" by DH, to "Leave it alone, already".
He says that some people aren't happy no matter what, and that they like to complain and what about all the peeps that LOVE it and don't say anything about it, that as long as its edible, who cares, its free and we are on vacation.
I love that guy.![]()
Sounds like some very good advice.
