My fave since 1989 has always been Splash Mt. I hate that they changed it, but I'm sure it's good with some good Dixie jazz.
For now, I'd have to go with Tower of Terror. Love the theming and the ride itself. Hard to beat that combo. Now...ask me once Rock'n Rollercoaster gets the Muppets!
